Replacement Undersoil Fan (Electric)

The undersoil fan moves the air from around the Above-Ground Pond to the southern area of the greenhouse. The air around the pond on the north side of the dome is cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter compared to outside ambient temperatures. It is never a bad idea to have a spare undersoil fan!

The small undersoil fan is mounted inside the duct by the pond. As with your vent openers, it is paramount to ensure that all your fans are operating correctly. The electric intake or exhaust fans may be winterized, and not operational, but the undersoil fan should be running all year.
